New hospital in Marseille

The European Hospital was formally opened on 20 February 2014. With a surface area of 52,400 sq. metres, this new facility boasts 480 beds and a 630-space car park. The main works package was implemented by a consortium of local VINCI Construction France companies: Travaux du Midi (leader) and Campenon Bernard Provence, in collaboration with Botte Fondations. Santerne Marseille Santé (VINCI Energies France), for its part, was in charge of the power and information networks.
Worth €180m, the works started in October 2009.
