New business campus in Saint-Ouen

Bateg (VINCI Construction France) is to take charge, on behalf of AXA IM and VINCI Immobilier, of the works on the new Stories business campus in Saint-Ouen (93).

Designed by architects Chartier Dalix, the project involves demolishing a complex of buildings and then erecting a 7-storey office building (64,500 sq. metres) featuring 4 restaurant areas, 8,000 sq. metres of terraces and accessible outside spaces, a business center composed of an auditorium and meeting rooms, and a 660-space car park.
