Muse will be facing the Centre Pompidou-Metz

GTM Hallé (VINCI Construction France) has just signed the contract to build the shopping centre part of the Muse project, a multi-use complex located in the centre of Metz (east of France). After six years of design and planning work, the Apsys Group has launched the Muse redevelopment programme, an 80,000 sq. metre project just across from the Centre Pompidou-Metz (CPM) and the Metz TGV station. It will comprise a shopping centre, 10,000 sq. metres of office space, 400 homes and 1,235 parking spaces. Designed by architect Jean-Paul Viguier, the shopping centre (37,000 sq. metres, 113 shops) will open in autumn 2017. GTM Hallé is charged with the construction of the two parking levels and the two retail levels. Contract value: €78m, of which €70m for GTM Hallé. ADIM Est (VINCI Construction France) will develop the 15,000 sq. metres of flats and specialised residential facilities (senior citizens; students; serviced accommodation) in partnership with Apsys, Batigère, Claude Rizzon and Lazard Groupe.
