Multi-technology maintenance for Maroc Telecom

Exprom Facilities (VINCI Facilities, VINCI Energies) has won a three-year contract (start date: 30 September 2013) for the multi-technology maintenance of the Maroc Telecom tower. Located in Rabat, this high-rise building houses the new head office of the country’s leading telephone operator. With a surface area of over 27,400 sq. metres, it comprises office space for 1,200 people, a 600-seat auditorium and a 400-space car park. Exprom Facilities will be in charge of the sensitive installations: cold production and distribution, high-voltage power supply, sprinklers and fire security system, as well as two telescopic boom lifts.
