Mixed-use development in Bordeaux

On 1 September 2016, VINCI Immobilier, in a co-promotion with ANF Immobilier, signed five off-plan sale contracts in respect of the mixed-use development project at the Armagnac site in Bordeaux. Ideally located near the future HSL station, this development programme will extend over a surface area of some 43,000 sq. metres.

The off-plan sales concern: a 126-room hotel and 15 parking spaces; two buildings representing over 19,000 sq. metres of usable office space, 1,500 sq. metres of retail space and 244 parking spaces; and a building providing over 10,000 sq. metres of usable office space, 560 sq. metres of retail space and 135 parking spaces.

The following day, ANF Immobilier and VINCI Immobilier signed the global contract for the works, on a general contracting basis, with GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine (VINCI Construction France). The works began on 5 September 2016.
