Mixed-use complex near the Groupama Stadium

On 29 September 2017, the co-development joint venture composed of VINCI Immobilier and em2c Group celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the Les Loges office building and the completion of the structural works for a three-star hotel, both located near the Olympique Lyonnais football club’s Groupama Stadium in Décines (central France).

This mixed-use complex (total surface area: 11,000 sq. metres) will provide two adjoining office blocks of respectively seven and eight storeys, accommodating 439 workplaces (handover scheduled for early 2019), and a hotel operated by the Lavorel Hotels Group which, when it opens in late 2018, will provide 140 rooms, 240 sq. metres of adaptable space for seminars, a restaurant and a lobby with a bar and access to a 132 sq. metre terrace.

This operation forms part of a broader development programme being undertaken by VINCI Immobilier in the grounds of the Parc Olympique Lyonnais and which will notably see the construction of two further office buildings and a leisure centre.
