The foundation stone for Residential Project O3, headed by VINCI Immobilier in the Gare de Rungis integrated development zone (ZAC), in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, was laid on 11 May 2012. Designed by architect Anne Demians, Residence O3 will be composed of 95 flats, split between three buildings which aim to achieve NF Housing, Habitat and Environment and Effinergie low-energy building environmental certification. The complex will notably feature a rainwater harvesting system, and district heating via a communal boiler, supplemented by thermal solar cells on the roofs and high-thermal-performance windows. Lasting 22 months, the works will be carried out by Lainé Delau (VINCI Construction France).
Value of the works: €15.1m.
