The project implemented by Dumez Île-de-France (VINCI Construction France) in Rue Euler, in Paris, was awarded LEED Gold certification on 25 February 2016. This €31m project, delivered in 2014, involved redeveloping a building erected in 1959 and located between Avenue George V and Avenue Marceau in the city’s 8th arrondissement. Having won BBC Rénovation Effinergie, HEQ Exceptional and BREEAM Very Good certification in 2015, this building (10 storeys over two underground levels) has now become the first Dumez Île-de-France project to gain LEED recognition on top of such triple certification.
