Kick-off for Nice One

On 10 April 2014, in Nice, VINCI Immobilier, in association with Adim Côte d’Azur (VINCI Construction France) within the PIA Stade de Nice company, agreed the sale to private investors of the shopping centre adjoining the Allianz Riviera Stadium. Baptised “Nice One”, this 29,000 sq. metre complex on two levels will accommodate about thirty shops. It was developed within the framework of a construction lease contract between PIA Stade de Nice and Nice Eco Stadium, a VINCI Concessions subsidiary which holds the partnership contract with the city of Nice for the construction and operation of the stadium. VINCI Immobilier is marketing the project on the basis of a co-marketing mandate (almost 50% of the available space had been rented as of mid-May).
Valued at €33 million, the works began in May 2014; they are being carried out by GTM Sud, Dumez CA, Triverio Construction and Campenon Bernard TPCA, all VINCI Construction France subsidiaries. Handover is scheduled for the second half of 2015.
