Installing services in Roanne

As part of the second tranche of the Le Pontet integrated development zone (ZAC) project in Roanne (central France), Eurovia Dala has installed services on the 14,000 sq. metre site of a planned urban renewal operation (construction of 7 buildings providing 110 homes). The works involved treating waste material relating to a former petrol station and bringing in 12,000 t of backfill, as well as the creation of a retaining wall, the installation of 1,500 lm of dry networks and 1,750 lm of kerbstones, and applying 600 t of mix, 1,600 sq. metres of deactivated concrete and 1,500 sq. metres of two-grade road surfacing material. The piped networks were installed in collaboration with LMTP Saint-Étienne (Eurovia). The project took six months to complete.
