Implementation of tranche 2 at the SFR campus

As part of VINCI Immobilier’s development of the 2nd tranche of the SFR Campus in Saint-Denis, by Paris, the joint venture composed of Bateg and Sicra (VINCI Construction France) has accepted the bid submitted by VINCI Energies to supply all the technical works packages. Lefort Francheteau Inissium, Tunzini IdF Tertiaire, Saga GPI, SDEL GPI, Phibor Espaces, Santerne Idf Tertiaire and Graniou A2R (all VINCI Energies France business units) will therefore be implementing, on the 60,000 sq. metres of this 2nd tranche, the HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction), plumbing, HV/LV power supply, VDI (voice, data, image), building automation systems (BAS) and GSM network works packages. Handover is scheduled for October 2015.
