Ikea in Clermont-Ferrand

Dumez Lagorsse (VINCI Construction France), Soletanche Bachy Pieux, a Soletanche Freyssinet subsidiary (VINCI Construction), and KP1, in a consortium, have won the contract to build the new Ikea store, in Clermont-Ferrand (central France). Located to the north of the town, this store, with a surface area of 25,000 sq. metres, will open in 2015. Soletanche Bachy Pieux, in charge of the foundations, will supply 800 piles.
Total contract value: €11.5m.
