HQE Developmentfor Universeine

VINCI Immobilier and the Caisse des Dépôts have received HEQ Development certification for their Universeine project in Saint-Denis, by Paris. This operation, with first handovers scheduled for 2016, is a mixed-use programme that will result in 130,000 sq. metres of offices and homes, part of the transformation of what was industrial wasteland. It comprises 320 homes, a university hall of residence, offices, local shops and 1.9 hectares of open spaces.
