Bourdarios (VINCI Construction France) will begin building a housing development made up of seven buildings in the Cartoucherie integrated development zone in Toulouse.

The work is split into two projects: Hype Park, made up of six buildings with both social and market-rate housing covering 31,561 m², and Campus rive gauche, a 13,290-m² student residence. A total of 417 apartments will be built, along with 193 parking spaces on the ground floor.

The work is scheduled for completion in June 2020.
