A joint venture composed of Campenon Bernard Dauphiné Ardèche (VINCI Construction France) in association with AIA Architectes, Atelier 3A, AIA Ingénierie and Dalkia (EDF Group) has been named winner of a competition for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the redevelopment of the Sainte-Marie Hospital in Privas (southern France).

The aim was to design a redevelopment of the hospital that would respect its DNA and its history, very much part of the history of the region. The works will notably involve rehabilitating the historic heart of the site and the construction of two new buildings, each providing 100 hospital beds.

The joint venture is currently finalising the contract details; project handover is scheduled for 2023.
