Management at the new Le Valmont Hospital in Montéléger (southern France) has awarded Campenon Bernard Dauphiné Ardèche (VINCI Construction France) the contract for the design, construction, development, upkeep and maintenance (CCAEM) of the establishment.

The company will head a joint venture comprising Michel Beauvais et Associés for the architecture, WSP France and Adret for the engineering, Indiggo for the environmental technical design and VINCI Facilities for the maintenance. The contract notably includes the technical and architectural design, the new-build and rehabilitation-extension works, asbestos removal and the demolition of several buildings, and the development of roadways, car parks and green spaces.

The works will start in spring 2018 and take 25 months. This operation will be followed by the upkeep and maintenance of the site for a period of 10 years.
