VINCI Construction UK has been appointed to build a new hospital complex near Newnham Court, in the county of Kent. Undertaken on behalf of the Kent Institute of Medicine and Surgery, the works comprise the construction of the buildings as well as landscaping and the access roads to the site. They started in April 2012, with handover scheduled for early 2014.
Contract value: €54m.
