In connection with the construction of the Louise Michel subdivision in Bolbec, in March 2015 Eurovia Haute-Normandie/ Le Havre/Lillebonne sector has begun installing services on the site where 55 detached dwellings and 60 flats are to be built on behalf of social landlord Estuaire de la Seine. Extending over 18 months, the works include the earthworks, drainage, under-road dry networks and the provisional roadways, and then connecting the sub-plots to the networks and the road surfacing works. Final handover is scheduled for the second half of 2017. This contract includes an 800-hour social integration clause.
