Hi-tech campus for Veolia Environnement

Bateg (leader) and CBC, subsi-diaries of VINCI Construction France, are to build Veolia Environnement’s future head office. Located alongside the Saint-Denis Canal in Aubervilliers, by Paris, this building (45,877 sq. metres) will come into use as of mid-2016. With 7 storeys and 3 underground levels (2 of them providing parking for 560 vehicles), it will notably feature a staff restaurant, a cafeteria, a brasserie, a salad bar, a club restaurant, a gym and an auditorium. The project is aimed at achieving HEQ® and Breeam® certification, rating Excellent.
