Harbour enlargement at Port Réunion

At Reunion Island’s sea port, the Container Terminal East is being enlarged. The docking quay will be lengthened from 525 to 660 m and the harbour basin made deeper so that two large ships can be accommodated at the same time. Soletanche Bachy France (Soletanche Freyssinet/VINCI Construction), in a joint venture with Forintech, will supply the foundations and civil engineering works package (extending the quay, a braced diaphragm wall, and works in preparation for dredging).
