Handover of the AP-HM hospital logistical platform

In the south of France, the Assistance publique-Hôpitaux de Marseille hospital logistical platform was handed over on 19 April 2013. Entrusted to Dumez Méditerranée (VINCI Construction France) by Adim Provence, also a VINCI Construction France subsidiary, which had been awarded the property development contract, the works took two years to complete. The operation was carried out within the framework of a public-private partnership contract covering the financing, design, construction and maintenance for 25 years of this 25,000 sq. metre logistical platform which provides centralised catering (11,000 meals a day), laundry, sterilization and storage services to the four main hospitals in the city of Marseilles.
Project value: €72m, of which €40m for the works supplied by Dumez Méditerranée.
