Handover of new education authority building in Guadeloupe

After 18 months of works, in July 2015 GTM Guadeloupe (VINCI Construction International Network) handed over the new education authority building in Guadeloupe. Located on the outskirts of Pointe-à-Pitre, the building will house all the authority’s various services; it has benefited from an HEQ approach, as have the other buildings in the Dothémarre integrated development zone where it is situated.
