Full steam ahead for joint venture

Just as it is creating an €8.6m, 1,250-space parking lot at the Avant Cap retail centre in Cabriès (south of France), the joint venture formed by Campenon Bernard Sud-Est and Les Travaux du Midi (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) has been awarded a new, negotiated contract. It covers the refurbishment of the centre’s façades, and of shared areas inside the centre, as well as a 12,327 sq. metre extension.
Valued at €15.5m, the works began in August and should be completed in November 2013.
