On Monday 9 September, Gérard Collomb, mayor of Lyon, David Kimelfeld, president of the Metropolitan Lyon Council, Xavier Huillard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VINCI, Olivier de la Roussière, chairman of VINCI Immobilier, and Olivier Pelat, chairman of the Europequipements Group, laid the foundation stone for the mixed-use To-Lyon programme, developed by VINCI Immobilier in partnership with Europequipements in the Part-Dieu neighbourhood.
With a surface area of 80 000 m2, it notably comprises a 170 metre-tall office tower, a 4* hotel, a lower-level public square (including a public car park and a “bike station”) and 5,000 m² of retail space. Due for completion in 2023, this project forms part of and will thus contribute to the transformation of the neighbourhood, creating a new link between the multimodal transport hub and its business district.
Citinéa (VINCI Construction France), lead contractor, is working alongside VINCI Energies and Soletanche Freyssinet (VINCI Construction) on the project.
