Foundation stone - Property development in the Marne department

On 30 May, teams from Adim Est (VINCI Construction France) laid the foundation stone for a development within the Reims-Bezannes business park, in the presence of Jean-Pierre Belfie, mayor of Bezannes and vice-president of the urban community of Greater Reims.

This mixed-use project (residential/offices), known as “Works package M3 North”, forms part of the development of the business park at the Reims Champagne-Ardenne TGV station, located to the north of the Reims agglomeration. It involves the construction of four buildings (total floor area: 8,922 sq. metres), one of which will house the Champagne region subsidiaries of the Grand Est division of VINCI Construction France.

The works, which started in March, are being supplied by Sotram and Sogea Est (VINCI Construction France).
