26 November 2012 - Projects update and handover - France

In the Paris Rive Gauche integrated development zone (Paris, 13th arrondissement), the final Paris-Diderot University building was handed over on 7 September 2012. Headed by the Udicité consortium, composed of VINCI Construction France subsidiaries, Cofely (GDF Suez), Barclays Private Equity and FIDEPPP (Caisse d’Épargne), the project was implemented within the framework of a public-private partnership covering the financing, design, construction and maintenance for 30 years of four new university buildings. The works, led by Adim Île-de-France and Sogam, were supplied by GTM Bâtiment and Sicra (all are VINCI Construction France subsidiaries).
Total project value: €273m, of which €108m for the design-build part.
