First Toyoko Inn hotel in France

Dumez Méditerranée (VINCI Construction France) has been selected to build the Toyoko Inn hotel chain’s very first hotel in France. Located in Marseille (south of France), the 2-star hotel will provide 231 rooms on 7 levels plus 2 underground parking levels. Work on phase A of the project (shell construction, façades, waterproofing, external woodwork, metalwork) has begun this month, and will take 13 months to complete. Contract value: €6.15m.
