Finalising the development work at Palm Beach, Cannes

As part of the work to regenerate the old Palm Beach complex, Dumez Côte d’Azur (VINCI Construction) delivered the Nammos project in Cannes.

It involved developing 6,000 m² of building shells to create three gourmet restaurants, as well as the changing rooms for the swimming pool and a reception room. The general contracting work was completed over a very short timeframe of just seven months, where one of the biggest challenges was to adapt the staff beams to the elliptical shape of the building, a highly technical feat that called upon the specialist skills of the technical resource department and local operational teams.
