Entrepose expands in Indonesia

In late April 2015, Entrepose, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, completed its acquisition of Indonesian company PT Istana Karang Laut (IKL), which operates in Asia in the field of onshore and offshore oil and gas infrastructure. The company has recognised expertise in the design and manufacture of oil and gas production process modules and metering systems, as well as turnkey project management under EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning) contracts. IKL has also signed a contract in Bangladesh with the state-owned company SGF, for the design, construction and commissioning of a condensate fractionation plant.
