Eco-neighbourhood in Nord department

EJL Nord Douai (Eurovia), as leader of a consortium, is developing the Le Raquet eco-neighbourhood in Sin-le-Noble (north of France). The 166 hectare site of a former brickyard will accommodate some 4,000 homes, as well as five parks, school and leisure facilities, and offices. Having delivered the first phase in 2012, EJL Nord Douai is now completing the second phase of works, involving earthworks, drainage, roadways and paving works. Handover is scheduled for August 2016.
