Doha officially accepts Pump Station 70

On 7 September 2014, after a two-year preservation period, the Qatari Ministry of Public Works, Ashghal, officially accepted Pump Station 70, to the north of Doha. Created by teams from VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Entrepose Projets (VINCI Construction), this complex is destined to collect wastewater (900,000 cu. metres/day) from the city of Doha’s sewage network and transfer it to a treatment plant 25 km away.
