Deep dredging at Luzzone

Teams from Tournaud/VINCI Construction France began deep dredging works in June at the Luzzone Dam, in Switzerland.

Located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this complex project, not easily accessible (narrow tunnels, helicopter or cable car), will be implemented in two years with a suspension of activities during the winter seasons. This dredging operation at a depth of 200 m, requiring a considerable investment in equipment, constitutes a first in the profession.
