Cyber-eco-neighbourhood in Issy-les-Moulineaux

VINCI Immobilier Île-de-France, as co-developer with BNP Paribas Immobilier, has just handed over the East and West Park apartment blocks (126 flats) - two programmes located in the heart of the cyber-eco-neighbourhood Fortdissy.com in Issy-les-Moulineaux, by Paris. The two projects aim to achieve H&E (Habitat&Environment), low-energy building and ISSEO (an environmental standard specific to the town of Issy-les-Moulineaux) certification. They notably feature a geothermal heating system, pneumatic waste collection and home automation for the management of energy consumption. The development programme will continue after this first handover: in total, VINCI Immobilier, with co-developer BNP Paribas Immobilier, will be creating almost 500 homes in Fort d’Issy, to be handed over by the end of 2013
