Cruise ship terminal in Fort-de-France

In Martinique, Balineau, a Soletanche Freyssinet subsidiary (VINCI Construction) and Caraib Moter (Eurovia) are extending the cruise ship terminal in the port of Fort-de-France, which Balineau helped to build 20 years ago. The new terminal will provide an additional 50 x 15 m platform, resting on 28 piles (depth: 60 m), as well as two 6 x 6 m mooring points.
The new facilities will be handed over in late December 2012. Contract value: €8m.
