Convergences prize

On 19 September 2013, the Fondation VINCI pour la Cité won the Convergences prize, which is awarded for an exemplary association-company partnership. This Europe prize is in recognition of the experimental scheme being implemented since 2012 together with the Paris association Emmaüs Défi, the idea being that by providing them with appropriate support, people who had never been employed could be hired by VINCI. To date, two permanent job contracts have been signed (at Eurovia and at VINCI Energies), the target being ten per year.
