Construction projects in north-eastern France

Adim Est, Sogea Est and Sotram, subsidiaries of VINCI Construction France, will be in charge of works package M3 North of the TGV integrated development zone (ZAC) in Bezannes.

Adim Est has agreed all sales off-plan, covering the development of four construction programmes: a 1,400 sq. metre office building, which will house the subsidiaries in the Champagne region of the Grand Est division of VINCI Construction France, a 121-unit intergenerational residence and two Primméa apartment blocks, each providing 28 homes. The external works (roadways, utilities), being undertaken by Sogea Est, started in March 2018 and will be ongoing until June 2019.
