Construction of ‘Uranium House’

Sogea-Satom (VINCI Construction International Network) is currently building the head office, in the capital, Niamey, of the Immeuble Uranium company: a complex of two 2-storey buildings providing a total surface area of 3,900 sq. metres.

A particular technical feature of this project is the installation of a ventilated ceramic façade (3,500 sq. metres). When handed over in August 2018, this complex will accommodate 400 people working for mining companies Somair, Cominak, Imouraren, Sopamin and Areva Mines Niger, as well as Immeuble Uranium.
Contract value: €9m.
