Construction of the InDéfense building in Nanterre

On 1 October 2019, VINCI Immobilier and Swiss Life Asset Managers France signed the off-plan sale agreement for the InDéfense office building in the Les Groues neighbourhood of Nanterre, by Paris.

This project – 10,000 m2 of office space over 7 storeys as well as 200 m2 of retail space and 180 parking spaces – forms part of VINCI Immobilier’s Openwork approach, with its emphasis on the well-being of users and the building’s performance. The aim is to achieve HQE Exceptional, Breeam Excellent and Well Silver certification as well as the Effinergie+ label. The glazed façades will notably guarantee the building’s environmental performance thanks to excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and plant-covered terraces will be accessible on the ground floor, on the roof and from the 5th and 6th floors. Being undertaken by Sogea Caroni, Sicra Île-de-France (VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) and VINCI Energies France, the works were launched in July 2019. Handover is scheduled for October 2021.
