Construction of a mixed-use complex in Rennes

As leader of a consortium, Sogea Bretagne (VINCI Construction France) is to build a mixed-use complex for Archipel Habitat at the north-eastern entry into Rennes (Brittany).

The project comprises a 17-storey tower that will accommodate 150 student flats, and a four-level, 180-space parking silo above which 12 detached houses will be built. The complex, to be delivered in summer 2017, will also include 700 sq. metres of premises housing club activities and paramedical services.
