Construction of a lycée in Nantes

On 8 September, in Carquefou (west of France), Sogea Atlantique (VINCI Construction France) laid the foundation stone and launched the construction of the Nord-Est Lycée in Nantes. Being built on a general contracting basis on behalf of the Pays de la Loire region, the new establishment will comprise a reception area, classrooms for 900 pupils, a 240-seat multi-purpose room, a 20-bed accommodation unit, a canteen and 8 staff flats. Completion of the works is scheduled for May 2017. The project aims to achieve HEQ certification and the Bepos Effinergie + label.
