Construction of 100 student homes on Reunion Island

Ocidim (VINCI Construction International Network) has been awarded a contract for 100 student homes, plus communal spaces, in the commune of Tampon on Reunion Island.

In this context, SBTPC, also a VINCI Construction International Network subsidiary, is charged with the construction, on a general contracting basis, of two buildings of three to four levels. A total of 1,500 cu. metres of concrete and 70 tonnes of steel will be required for the works, launched in May 2018 and scheduled to take 16 months.

This operation comes in addition to the construction of 200 student homes and 30 parking spaces in the commune of Saint-Pierre, which began in January 2018 for a period of 18 months.
