Construction and maintenance of track and catenaries for the Santiago metro

ETF, a Eurovia subsidiary, is to build, and maintain for 20 years, the railway infrastructure of Lines 3 and 6 of the metro in Santiago, Chile, i.e. 75 km of electrified track and catenaries, and 15 km of lines serving two depots. In total, the contract is worth €150 million. Line 6 is scheduled to come into service in February 2017, and Line 3 in June 2018.
The works will be carried out by a consortium of companies led by ETF. ETF has already built more than a third of the metro lines currently in service in Santiago.
