Construction and maintenance of a health campus

Amber Solutions for Care (ASC) has appointed VINCI Construction UK to build, and maintain for twenty-five years, a health campus in Henley-on-Thames, in Oxfordshire. The project, extending over a 2.36 hectare site, comprises a community hospital, a care home (64 beds) and residential accommodation for 44 older people. The existing healthcare facility will continue functioning during the works, which started in April 2014.
Contract value: £16m.
