Commercial off-plan sale in Paris

VINCI Immobilier has just agreed the off-plan sale to a French institutional investor of the Be Open office block, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The project will provide 8,700 sq. metres of office space over 7 storeys and includes a café, 600 sq. metres of retail space on the ground floor and 34 parking spaces. Handover of the building is scheduled for mid-2016. Designed by architects Brenac & Gonzalez, Be Open will serve as a figurehead for the new commercial complex in the Austerlitz neighbourhood of the Paris Rive Gauche integrated development zone. The building aims to achieve NF certification for commercial buildings – HEQ® “excellent”, Breeam® “very good” and the Effinergie+ label for its excellent energy performance. The works will be supplied by CBC (VINCI Construction France), GTIE Tertiaire and TOP (VINCI Energies France).
