Clearance and asbestos removal at former Paris hotel

In the 15th arrondissement of Paris, Arene and CMS (both VINCI Construction France subsidiaries) were recently awarded the site clearance and asbestos removal contract at the former Pullmann Paris-Rive Gauche Hotel. Following on from preliminary dismantling works already undertaken in 2012 by Arene teams, the operation will take nine months as of January 2013. Contract value: €7.25m. The 26-storey building with its three underground levels will thenbe totally demolished, making way for a new complex of offices, homes and shops.
