Children‘s hospital in Warsaw

Warbud (VINCI Construction), as leader of a consortium, has secured the contract for the construction, on a general contracting basis (except for the technical works packages), of the Medical University of Warsaw‘s paediatric hospital (527 beds, of which 430 for paediatric cases). With a total surface area of 80,000 sq. metres, on 7 levels, the new hospital will comprise three buildings linked by a glazed walkway. It will notably feature a heliport on the roof, a restaurant and a 400-space car park.
The works, worth €66m, will take 28 months to complete.
