Cergy-Pontoise PPP, first phase

Cylumine, the VINCI Energies France Île-de-France project company responsible for the financing, planning and implementation of renovation works and the operation and maintenance of urban lighting in the Cergy-Pontoise area (Paris region), has completed the first phase of works (€17m) of the PPP contract. In addition to supplying client support and planning, it involved renovating 2,000 light sources and 67 km of power network.
