In the Paris region, the foundation stone for the Essonne department’s “Ehpad” (residential facility for elderly and infirm people) in Morangis was laid on 25 November 2011. Developed by Immodièze, the project development subsidiary of Dumez IDF (VINCI Construction France), this establishment, accommodating 91 residents, will be built by Dumez IDF and is due to open early in 2013. Total value of the works: €12.7m, of which €9.5m for Dumez IDF.
