Cancer and biology centre in Besançon

Verazzi and Campenon Bernard Franche-Comté (VINCI Construction France) have secured the contract for the construction, on a general contracting basis, of the cancer and biology centre at the regional teaching hospital (CHRU) in Besançon (east of France). When handed over, in late 2014, the building (19,000 sq. metres on 5 levels) will house the IRFC (federal regional cancer institute) as well as all the hospital's biology laboratories.
Contract value: €41m.
