Building homes on Mayotte

Ocidim, SMTPC and Sogea Mayotte (all VINCI Construction Dom-Tom subsidiaries) have just been awarded the construction of 240 homes, to be sold off-plan, in Dzaoudzi – the biggest property development ever launched on Mayotte.
Called Marzoukou and occupying a surface area of 22,192 sq. metres, it will provide 216 social housing units, 24 state-owned homes and a business unit, split between six buildings. The project is a response to the commune ‘s need for housing, will foster social diversity and launches the development of the locality of Oupi, where further developments are planned. It is also the first contract ever won by Ocidim on Mayotte.
The works will take four years.
